Every business handles money differently. Here's how we figure out what'll work for your team.
Discovery Call (30 minutes)
We talk about what's confusing your team. Maybe it's expense approvals, maybe it's quarterly reports—whatever keeps coming up in meetings. This helps us understand if we're the right fit and which program makes sense.
Custom Program Design
We don't run cookie-cutter sessions. After our call, we'll adapt the curriculum to include examples from your industry and address the specific confusion points you mentioned. Takes us about a week.
Materials and Schedule
You'll get a breakdown of what we'll cover, when it happens, and what your team needs to bring (usually just questions and maybe last quarter's reports). We send participant workbooks two weeks before the first session.
Delivery and Follow-up
We run the sessions at your office or ours in Douglas. Everyone gets reference materials they can actually use. And we check in four weeks later to see what stuck and what didn't.
